While using the Website, Koda Learning may ask you to provide Koda Learning with your Personal Information. Koda Learning does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information to Koda Learning. It is Koda Learning’s policy not to collect information on minors. Any information your child views through the Website is based on your (i.e., parent’s or guardian’s) registration or login information with Koda Learning. Therefore, Koda Learning has no way of knowing any Personal Information about your child. If Koda Learning becomes aware that it has unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, or if you have a reason to believe, and notify Koda Learning, that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to Koda Learning, Koda Learning will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from its records.
